I LOST 4LBS THIS WEEK! The caps may seem like bragging - but maybe I just need to brag a little bit! That puts my total at 29.6lbs. Can you believe that?
I look at it this way -
1- The pants I wore on Valentines day were tight tight tight - now they are lose! Really that's not quite 3 months.
2- I weigh less than I did the day I got married, thus I have lost all of my baby weight from dear Grace and Max.
3- Only 3 more pounds and I'll be where I was at when I quit Weight Watchers 4 years ago.
Have a great week!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
Ups and Downs, Easter was up. The week after was up. It seemed like I was starving for 3 straight weeks.
Last week I was down 3lbs- which pushed me over 25lbs lost! I'm certain I'm not going to hit my goal by my birthday, but I'm trying for 40 by the end of Jun. 15lbs in two months should be doable!
Last night I made chicken bacon ranch wraps that were so delish!
We used the carb balance Mission Tortillas - more expensive but only 2 points per tortilla. Then I put fat free Ranch on mine - 0 points. (Mike used low fat Miracle Whip and Hot mustard. 1 point). I had some Hickory Farm chicken sandwich meat that you can have quite a bit for 2 points. I cooked some turkey bacon, 1 point per slice. Then I put tomato's, cucumbers, carrots and lettuce and wrapped it in the shell. The whole thing was 4-5 points depending on how much chicken you add. We ate it with corn on the cob (0 points) and broccoli slaw (1 point). I got stuffed. It was so good, for not too many points!
