Down 1 more, and not super happy about it. I worked my butt off this week, I actually exercised four days, and I ate good, except for Patch's farewell day, and I only lost 1 lbs???? ARG!

Large Goal 1 - 60 lbs by June 28, 2009
Little Goals 1 - 30 minutes of excerise each day 2- 1 pitcher of water a day 3 - Lose 3 lbs by November 8th 4 - Track it
Nicole's Goal
Run the freedom run next JULY 4th, 9 miles from left hand fork to the Hyrum city square!!
Stacy's Goals
1) Drink half my body weight in water everyday. 2) Weigh only once a week instead of 30 times a day. 3) Take only half of what is on my plate. 4) Get 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week. (I think chasing kiddos should count, right?) 5) Don't get discouraged. 6) Lose 3 lbs. by Thanksgiving!

one pound is still spectacular! Think of it this way. Put 4 CUBES of butter together and you have one pound! Yeah Veronica!
